Katarina Jacobs
My paintings are based on real self versus perceived self. I explore how exciting and complex fantasies can destroy the sense of self through dreamlike congestion. Fears unspoken by general society, but still universal- cause stress that is conveyed with tangles and knots in a world full of fantastical color.
